Our Story

A Mission Born from the Community

The Church Lender was founded with a singular purpose: to bridge the gap between Hispanic faith communities and the financial resources they need to thrive. We saw churches with powerful ministries being held back by compliance issues, denied loans, and a lack of bilingual advisors who truly understood their world.

Our founders — themselves deeply rooted in the Hispanic church community — set out to change that. We built a firm that speaks the language, understands the culture, and knows the unique legal and financial landscape that churches navigate every day.

Today, we have helped hundreds of churches nationwide achieve 501(c)(3)/NFP compliance, secure financing for new sanctuaries, restructure their ministries, and build a digital presence that reflects their mission.

In addition to our advisory and lending programs, our team includes a Real Estate Development arm and access to an affiliated mortgage bank offering nationwide residential financing — including private money options based on your specific scenario and state.

Our Mission

Empowering Churches to Fulfill Their Calling

To provide every Hispanic church in America with access to expert financial guidance, legal compliance support, and the resources needed to build, grow, and serve their communities — in the language they speak and the culture they live.

Faith-Centered

We approach every engagement with respect for the sacred mission of the church.

Bilingual Service

Every advisor on our team is fluent in English and Spanish — no translation needed.

Integrity First

We operate with full transparency, giving churches honest guidance they can trust.

Community Rooted

We are part of the same communities we serve — our success is measured by yours.

Proven Results

Real Churches. Real Outcomes.

Our work speaks for itself. Here are two examples of what's possible when a church has the right advisory team in its corner.

Real Estate

From Eviction to Ownership

A congregation facing a 30-day eviction notice came to us with no clear path forward. We secured emergency financing and guided them through the purchase of their own sanctuary.

501(c)(3) & NFP Compliance

Tax-Exempt Status Restored

A church that had lost its 501(c)(3) status years earlier was unable to secure financing or accept tax-deductible donations. We coordinated directly with the IRS to restore their status.
